Infrastructure & access
There is no station on the estate — Portela de Sintra and Sintra stations (Lisbon–Sintra line) are about 10 minutes' drive. The A16 runs past the estate, linking to the A5 (Cascais–Lisbon) and the IC19. Hotel, restaurants and offices sit within Beloura; larger shopping is in Sintra and Cascais, the private CUF Sintra hospital and the public Hospital de Sintra (opened 2025) are a short drive.

TASIS Portugal (Pre-K–12, American and IB programmes) is on the edge of the estate at Alameda do Linhó, and CAISL (Pre-K–12, American diploma and IB) is a few minutes away in Linhó. State primary schooling is provided locally by the Monte da Lua school group, including EB N.º 1 do Linhó; the Deutsche Schule Lissabon runs a kindergarten and primary campus in Estoril.
