Getting around
Sintra station terminates the Lisbon–Sintra line, about 40 minutes to Lisboa Rossio. Roads IC19, A16 and N247 connect the area. Note that the centre sees heavy tourist congestion and very limited parking from spring to autumn — walking or park-and-ride is best. The district hospital is Amadora-Sintra.
Schools & family
CAISL and TASIS Portugal (Linhó) are a short drive away. Public and private schools, plus nurseries (creches / jardins de infância), serve the parish and nearby Portela de Sintra.
