Getting around

Local roads connect to Sintra town and on to the IC19 and A16. Daily shopping is at the Várzea market and in Estefânia/Portela; the public Hospital de Sintra (opened 2025) is about 15 minutes away.
Schools & family
CAISL and TASIS Portugal, both in Linhó, are about 15 minutes' drive. State schooling is through the Sintra school groups, with Escola Secundária de Santa Maria (Monte da Lua group) in nearby Portela de Sintra; the Deutsche Schule Lissabon has a kindergarten and primary campus in Estoril.
